【摘要】目的：探究分析家庭醫(yī)生服務(wù)模式對(duì)社區(qū)2型糖尿病患者療效的作用。方法：選取本社區(qū)2022年1月—2022年12月2型糖尿病患者共80例，隨機(jī)分為兩組，即參照組與研究組，分別應(yīng)用常規(guī)干預(yù)與家庭醫(yī)生服務(wù)模式干預(yù)。比較兩組患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平及患者滿(mǎn)意度情況。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，研究組的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平明顯優(yōu)于參照組，且滿(mǎn)意度明顯高于參照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore and analyze the effect of family doctor service model onthe efficacy of type 2 diabetic patients in community.Methods：80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from January 2022 to December 2022 in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups，namely，the reference group and the study group，routine intervention and family doctor service mode intervention were applied respectively.The levels of fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose and patients’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：After intervention，the levels of fasting blood glucose and2h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group，and the satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in the reference group （P
