【摘要】目的:分析急診護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)教學(xué)中采取精細(xì)化階段式帶教方法的效果。方法:選取我院急診科2020年1月—2021年12月的50名實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生為對(duì)照組,采取常規(guī)的護(hù)理帶教方法,且選取我院急診科2022年1月—2022年12月的50名實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生為觀察組,采取精細(xì)化階段式帶教方法。結(jié)果:觀察組的專科操作成績、理論知識(shí)成績和基護(hù)操作成績更高(P0.05),教學(xué)后,兩組的與患者的溝通能力、批判性思維能力、護(hù)理技術(shù)的操作能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力、突發(fā)事件處理能力、自我管理能力和健康教育能力評(píng)分均明顯升高(P

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the effect of adopting a refined stage teaching method in emergency nursing internship teaching. Method: 50 intern nursing students from the emergency department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the control group, and routine nursing teaching methods were adopted. And 50 intern nursing students from the emergency department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group, and a refined stage teaching method was adopted. Result: The observation group had higher scores in specialized operations, theoretical knowledge, and basic nursing operations (P0.05). After teaching, the scores of communication ability, critical thinking ability, operation ability of nursing technology, team cooperation ability, emergency handling ability, self-management ability and health education ability of the two groups increased significantly (P
