【摘要】目的：探析良性前列腺增生診治中經(jīng)尿道前列腺電切術(shù)的運(yùn)用效果。方法：研究選取我院2014年1月—2022年12月間收治行不同術(shù)式手術(shù)治療的良性前列腺增生患者，39例常規(guī)開放術(shù)式治療、39例經(jīng)尿道前列腺電切術(shù)治療，分別納入對(duì)照組和觀察組。對(duì)比兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：觀察組手術(shù)平均耗時(shí)、尿管留置耗時(shí)、住院時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，術(shù)中失血量少于對(duì)照組（P0.05）；術(shù)后可見國(guó)際前列腺癥狀評(píng)分、生命質(zhì)量評(píng)分、殘余尿量均低于對(duì)照組，最大尿流率高于對(duì)照組（P

Clinical effect of transurethral resection of prostate in diagnosis and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of transurethral resection of prostate in the diagnosis and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who received different surgical treatments in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2022 were selected， 39 cases of conventional open surgical treatment and 39 cases of tranthral resection of prostate were included in the control group and the observation group， respectively. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results： The average operation time， catheter indwelling time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group， and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group（P0.05）. The international prostate symptom score， quality of life score and residual urine volume were all lower than those in the control group， and the maximum urine flow rate was higher than that in the control group（P
