米非司酮聯(lián)用桂枝茯苓丸治療子宮肌瘤的臨床效果

【摘要】目的：分析米非司酮聯(lián)用桂枝茯苓丸治療子宮肌瘤的臨床效果。方法：選取我院2021年1月—2022年6月的150例子宮肌瘤患者，隨機(jī)將其分成為兩組。對(duì)照組采取米非司酮，觀察組聯(lián)用桂枝茯苓丸。結(jié)果：治療前，兩組的HBV、PAR、PV、Hb、肌瘤體積和LBV水平無(wú)明顯差異（P>0.05），治療后，兩組的HBV、PAR、PV、Hb、肌瘤體積和LBV水平均明顯改善（P0.05），治療后，兩組的倦怠乏力、乳房脹痛、月經(jīng)過(guò)多、小腹脹痛和經(jīng)期延長(zhǎng)癥狀評(píng)分均明顯降低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling pills in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods： 150 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group took mifepristone， and the observation group took mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling pills. Results： Before treatment， there was no significant difference in HBV， PAR， PV， Hb， fibroid volume and LBV levels between the two groups（P>0.05）. After treatment， the HBV， PAR， PV， Hb， fibroid volume and LBV levels in the two groups were significantly improved （P0.05）.
