【摘要】目的：探究全喉切除術(shù)后發(fā)音功能訓(xùn)練對(duì)患者病恥感及自我效能的影響。方法：將2021年1月—2022年6月我院收治的74例行全喉切除術(shù)患者，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組，即觀察組（n=37例）和對(duì)照組（n=37例）。對(duì)照組接受術(shù)后護(hù)理健康咨詢。觀察組實(shí)施術(shù)后發(fā)音功能訓(xùn)練。結(jié)果：就患者反饋的護(hù)理滿意度分析，觀察組滿意度為97.26%，高于對(duì)照組的81.08%（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of voice function training after total laryngectomy on patients’ sense of shame and selfefficacy.
