血涂片分析在血常規(guī)檢驗中的應(yīng)用價值評價

【摘要】目的：探討并了解血涂片分析在臨床血常規(guī)檢驗中的應(yīng)用效果及價值。方法：選取我院2021年10月—2022年10月期間的60例進行血常規(guī)檢驗的患者為本次研究對象。所有患者分別采用血細胞分析儀以及血涂片分析技術(shù)進行血常規(guī)檢驗，分別對比兩種檢查方式的臨床檢驗結(jié)果及有效性。結(jié)果：通過血細胞分析儀以及血涂片分析技術(shù)進行血常規(guī)檢驗，檢驗結(jié)果表明，血涂片分析技術(shù)對于嗜中性粒細胞、嗜酸性粒細胞、嗜堿性粒細胞、淋巴細胞以及單核細胞等異常形態(tài)白細胞分類異常的檢出具有顯著效果，組間存在差異（P

Evaluation of the application value of blood smear analysis in blood routine test

【Abstract】Objective： To explore and understand the application effect and value of blood smear analysis in clinical blood routine test. Methods： 60 patients who underwent routine blood test in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the objects of this study. Blood routine tests were performed by blood cell analyzer and blood smear analysis techniques in all patients， and the clinical test results and effectiveness of the two methods were compared respectively. Results： Blood routine tests were conducted using blood cell analyzer and blood smear analysis technology.
