產(chǎn)科臨床中常見的一種最嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥是產(chǎn)后出血，這也是產(chǎn)婦死亡的一個主要因素，誘發(fā)產(chǎn)后出血的一個主要原因是宮縮乏力，主要表現(xiàn)是患者產(chǎn)后子宮肌纖維不能正常收縮，不能有效地對血管起到壓迫作用，導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)后患者大量出血，另外導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)后出血的因素還有在分娩過程中損傷軟產(chǎn)道、胎盤、凝血功能異常等。（剩余3829字）
