隨著社會(huì)老齡化的增加，股骨頸骨折的患者較為多見(jiàn)，而其中老年患者是關(guān)鍵人群，因老年人的機(jī)體功能逐漸衰退，導(dǎo)致身體耐受力降低，而免疫力也在逐漸降低，對(duì)患者的預(yù)后效果帶來(lái)不利的影響[1]，臨床中采取全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)（Total Hip Arthroplasty，THA）是有效的治療手段，但是術(shù)后患者因疼痛等因素出現(xiàn)恐動(dòng)癥，患者術(shù)后如果拒絕康復(fù)鍛煉，會(huì)直接影響疾病的康復(fù)。（剩余3602字）
