【摘要】目的：分析產(chǎn)后出血應(yīng)用欣母沛與宮腔球囊壓迫止血成效。方法：選擇本院2017年3月—2021年3月收治92例產(chǎn)后出血產(chǎn)婦進(jìn)行分組治療，參照組采用宮腔球囊壓迫止血，實(shí)驗(yàn)組則在參照組基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用欣母沛。觀察并比較兩組患者臨床數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組臨床療效及產(chǎn)后血紅蛋白含量均比參照組高，產(chǎn)后24h出血量、產(chǎn)后出血發(fā)生率及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率均低于參照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the hemostatic effect of hemabate and uterine balloon compression in postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： 92 cases of maternal postpartum hemorrhage treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2021 were divided into groups，the reference group was treated with intrauterine balloon compression hemostasis，while the experimental group was treated with hemabate on the basis of the reference group.To observe and compare the two groups of patients with clinical data.
