【摘要】目的：研究早產(chǎn)兒喂養(yǎng)不耐受及處理策略的具體效果。方法：將我院于2020年4月—2021年4月接收120例喂養(yǎng)不耐受早產(chǎn)兒，按照Excel函數(shù)法將其均分兩組，對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)施針對(duì)性護(hù)理措施，對(duì)比其護(hù)理質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組胎便轉(zhuǎn)黃時(shí)間、首次排便時(shí)間、腹脹改善時(shí)間、胃潴留消失時(shí)間、嘔吐改善時(shí)間均明顯短于對(duì)照組，實(shí)驗(yàn)組大便頻率、BMI值及護(hù)理滿意度顯著高于對(duì)照組（P

Feeding Intolerance and Management Strategies in Preterm Infants

【Abstract】Objective：To study the feeding intolerance of premature infants and the specific effects of management strategies.Methods：120 cases of premature infants with feeding intolerance were received in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021.They were divided into two groups according to Excel function method.Routine nursing was carried out in the control group，and targeted nursing measures were carried out in the experimental group to compare their nursing quality.Results： In the experimental group，the time to turn to yellow stool，the time to defecate for the first time，the time to improve abdominal distention，the time to disappear gastric retention and the time to improve vomiting were significantly shorter than those in the control group，and the stool frequency，BMI value and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P

女性在妊娠過(guò)程中通常易因身體因素、意外因素等致使其產(chǎn)生早產(chǎn)現(xiàn)象，早產(chǎn)兒身體各項(xiàng)機(jī)能未完全發(fā)育成熟，進(jìn)而在對(duì)其實(shí)施喂養(yǎng)過(guò)程中易產(chǎn)生不耐受反應(yīng)，具體表現(xiàn)為嘔吐、腹脹等，對(duì)其身體發(fā)育造成嚴(yán)重影響。（剩余4095字）
