【摘要】目的：研究產前護理干預對高危妊娠初產婦分娩結局的效果。方法：研究選取我院2019年1月—2022年1月收治的100例高危妊娠初產婦，隨機將其分為觀察組與對照組，觀察組采取產前護理干預，對照組采取常規(guī)護理，對比兩組初產婦的焦慮程度、分娩情況、分娩結局。結果：經過護理后發(fā)現，兩組初產婦焦慮程度均得到較大改善，觀察組的SAS評分為（31.29±5.70）分，顯著低于對照組的（54.30±6.04）分（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effect of prenatal nursing intervention on the delivery outcome of high-risk primipara.Methods：100 high-risk pregnant primiparas treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group received prenatal nursing intervention and the control group received routine nursing.The anxiety degree，delivery situation and delivery outcome of primiparas in the two groups were compared.Results：After nursing，it was found that the anxiety degree of primipara in the two groups was greatly improved.The SAS score of the observation group was（31.29±5.70）points，which was significantly lower than （54.30±6.04）points of the control group（P
