【摘要】目的：對(duì)醫(yī)療優(yōu)先分級(jí)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)（MPDS）在院前分娩到達(dá)前指導(dǎo)中的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行觀察。方法：共選擇72例產(chǎn)婦，就診時(shí)間為2020年10月—2021年10月，分組方式為隨機(jī)，分成對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組36例。常規(guī)院前指導(dǎo)法用于對(duì)照組，醫(yī)療優(yōu)先分級(jí)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)（MPDS）用于觀察組。結(jié)果：觀察組產(chǎn)程時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組，分娩并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組（P
