手術室為醫(yī)院工作十分重要的一個部分，手術室高值耗材具有價格高、種類多等特點，但是作為耗材的管理[1]，具有多種責任，本次項目采取庫存管理助手，對常規(guī)管理模式進行改變，通過設計二級庫，生產二維碼的方式，監(jiān)控高值耗材在手術室內部的流通過程中，從而提高管理效果[2]。（剩余2788字）
