妊娠、分娩是女性正常生理現(xiàn)象，產(chǎn)婦在經(jīng)歷妊娠、分娩后，各生理系統(tǒng)、器官會發(fā)生不同程度的變化，同時產(chǎn)婦心理會出現(xiàn)不同程度應(yīng)激轉(zhuǎn)變，產(chǎn)婦會出現(xiàn)焦慮、抑郁、煩躁等不良情緒，從而對產(chǎn)婦與新生兒身心健康產(chǎn)生嚴重影響[1-2]。（剩余3159字）
