【摘要】目的：分析和探究在剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)產(chǎn)婦護理中心理護理的應(yīng)用方法及效果。方法：隨機選擇了我院產(chǎn)科在2019年2月—2020年2月收治的140例剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)產(chǎn)婦作為研究對象，按照抽簽的方式將其劃分為對照組和實驗組，對照組給予常規(guī)護理干預(yù)，而實驗組給予了系統(tǒng)性的心理護理干預(yù)，然后對其護理效果進行對比。結(jié)果：實驗組患者的SAS評分、SDS評分、術(shù)后VAS評分、泌乳時間、肛門排氣時間等指標(biāo)均低于對照組，兩組間的數(shù)據(jù)比較差異顯著（P

Application of Psychological Nursing in the Nursing Care of Parturient Women Undergoing Cesarean Section

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze and explore the application methods and effects of psychological nursing in the nursing of parturients undergoing cesarean section.Methods：140 cases of cesarean section pregnant women admitted to our hospital’s obstetric department from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects，and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the lottery method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention，while the experimental group was given systematic psychological nursing intervention，and then the nursing effect was compared.Results：The SAS score，SDS score，postoperative VAS score，lactation time and anal exhaust time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group，the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P
