頸椎病為頸椎退行性病變而誘發(fā)的臨床綜合征，病變累及到周圍結(jié)構(gòu)及組織，為頸椎骨關(guān)節(jié)炎、頸神經(jīng)根綜合征、增生性頸椎炎等一系列疾病總稱，會出現(xiàn)頸部僵直、疼痛等一系列臨床疾病，在臨床上分為多種類型，如神經(jīng)根型、交感型、脊髓型等[1]，出現(xiàn)會伴隨頭痛、四肢酸痛、麻木癥狀，脊髓型嚴(yán)重會造成癱瘓等嚴(yán)重危害，因?yàn)槿藗兩?、工作方式發(fā)生改變，如長時間埋頭、久坐、缺乏運(yùn)動等，導(dǎo)致了頸椎病的發(fā)生率逐漸增加，為了能夠更好地護(hù)理患者，合理的護(hù)理方法十分必要[2]。（剩余3260字）
