探討血液生化檢驗(yàn)時(shí)發(fā)生血清膽固醇異常的主要原因及處理對策

【摘要】目的：研究血液生化檢驗(yàn)時(shí)發(fā)生血清膽固醇異常的主要原因及應(yīng)對策略。方法：將2019年4月—2021年9月期間在本院行血液生化檢驗(yàn)的185例患者作為研究對象，對其血清膽固醇異常情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，并探討相應(yīng)的解決方案。結(jié)果：①共檢出血清膽固醇異常42例（22.70%），血清膽固醇偏高36例（85.71%），血清膽固醇偏低6例（14.29%）；血清膽固醇偏高發(fā)生率（85.71%）明顯高于血清膽固醇偏低發(fā)生率（14.29%）（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the main causes and countermeasures of abnormal serum cholesterol in blood biochemical test. Methods：185 patients who underwent blood biochemical test in our hospital from April 2019 to September 2021 were taken as the research object，the abnormal situation of serum cholesterol was statistically analyzed，and the corresponding solutions were discussed. 血液生化檢驗(yàn)包含血糖檢驗(yàn)（空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血紅蛋白等）、血脂檢驗(yàn)（總膽固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白等）、肝功能檢驗(yàn)（谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、膽紅素等），以及腎功能檢驗(yàn)（肌酐、尿素氮等），可作為多種慢性疾病的診斷依據(jù)[1-2]。（剩余3023字）
