達格列凈對早期糖尿病腎病的腎功能及血清MCP-1、TNF-α水平的影響

【摘要】目的：探討達格列凈對早期糖尿病腎病患者的臨床療效。方法：回顧性分析來自2020年12月至2021年6月期間內(nèi)就診于本院門診或病房的60例早期糖尿病腎病患者的臨床資料，對比兩組患者治療前后尿微量白蛋白/肌酐，及血清MCP-1、TNF-α水平。結(jié)果：相比于治療前，兩組治療3個月后尿微量白蛋白/肌酐，及血清MCP-1、TNF-α水平均降低，且觀察組較對照組低，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of dapagliflozin on patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods：A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to the outpatient or ward of our hospital from December 2020 to June 2021.The microalbuminuria/creatinine， serum MCP-1 and TNF-α levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results：Compared with before treatment，the microalbuminuria/creatinine， serum MCP-1 and TNF-α levels decreased in the two groups after 3 months of treatment， and which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P
