橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折保守治療與手術(shù)治療的療效研究

【摘 要】目的：探究橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折保守治療與手術(shù)治療的療效。方法：選擇我院2019年4月至2020年5月收治的橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折患者92例，分成對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組46例，對(duì)照組患者選取保守治療方法治療，觀察組患者選取手術(shù)治療方法治療，觀察并對(duì)比兩組效果。結(jié)果：觀察組患者治療總有效率、生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分、滿意率均明顯高于對(duì)照組患者，尺偏角、掌傾角明顯高于對(duì)照組患者，橈骨短縮明顯低于對(duì)照組患者，兩組對(duì)比存在明顯差異（P
