多學(xué)科整合護(hù)理路徑在老年踝關(guān)節(jié)骨折治療中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】目的：老年踝關(guān)節(jié)骨折治療中實(shí)施多學(xué)科整合護(hù)理路徑，探究其護(hù)理干預(yù)價值。方法：遴選時間為2020年5月至2021年5月，擇選在我院進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療的老年踝關(guān)節(jié)骨折患者150例為研究對象，借助1：1方式加以分組。其中研究組實(shí)施多學(xué)科整合護(hù)理路徑；對比組展開傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理。記錄并對比兩組護(hù)理價值。結(jié)果：研究組患者的AOFAS踝-后足功能評分優(yōu)于對比組（P0.05）；護(hù)理后，研究組SAS、SDS評分明顯低于對比組，組間數(shù)據(jù)差異顯著（P

踝關(guān)節(jié)骨折在醫(yī)學(xué)中屬于骨科常見病，一旦出現(xiàn)骨折情況，則會使得患者踝關(guān)節(jié)屈伸功能受到影響；同時因?yàn)殛P(guān)節(jié)承受負(fù)荷也相對較大，極易造成人體血液循環(huán)不暢，影響足部的正常運(yùn)動，從而影響患者的正常生活[1]。（剩余3230字）
