胰島素泵聯(lián)合個(gè)性化飲食護(hù)理用于妊娠糖尿病患者的臨床價(jià)值

【摘要】目的：探究妊娠糖尿病患者護(hù)理階段為其采取胰島素泵聯(lián)合個(gè)性化飲食護(hù)理的效果。方法：隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將我院2020年6月至2021年3月納入的40例妊娠糖尿病患者分組，對(duì)照組患者實(shí)施胰島素泵聯(lián)合常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，觀(guān)察組患者在胰島素泵及常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)下增強(qiáng)個(gè)性化飲食護(hù)理。結(jié)果：經(jīng)不同護(hù)理干預(yù)實(shí)施后，觀(guān)察組患者血糖指標(biāo)中空腹血糖FBG、餐后兩小時(shí)血糖2hBG及糖化血紅蛋白HbAlc指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of insulin pump combined with personalized diet nursing for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in nursing stage.
