【摘 要】目的：研究分娩鎮(zhèn)痛儀與導(dǎo)樂陪伴分娩聯(lián)合護(hù)理干預(yù)對產(chǎn)婦分娩的影響。方法：選取本院收治200例分娩產(chǎn)婦，隨機(jī)分為常規(guī)組、研究組，均100例，常規(guī)組常規(guī)分娩護(hù)理，研究組分娩鎮(zhèn)痛儀與導(dǎo)樂陪伴分娩聯(lián)合護(hù)理干預(yù)。結(jié)果：常規(guī)組產(chǎn)婦SDS評分、SAS評分、疼痛程度均高于研究組，常規(guī)組陰道分娩率低于研究組，剖宮產(chǎn)率高于研究組，有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of delivery analgesia instrument and Doula accompanying delivery combined nursing intervention in maternal delivery.Methods：200 cases of parturients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into routine group and study group，with100 cases in each group.Routine childbirth nursing in the routine group and combined nursing intervention of delivery analgesia instrument and Doula accompanying delivery in the study group.Results：The SDS score， SAS score and pain degree of puerpera in the routine group were higher than those in the study group，the vaginal delivery rate in the routine group was lower than that in the study group，and the cesarean delivery rate in the routine group was higher than that in the study group， with statistical significance（P
