參芪復(fù)脈湯聯(lián)合西藥治療慢性心衰的療效及對(duì)心功能的影響探討

【摘 要】目的：探究分析在慢性心衰患者中采取參芪復(fù)脈湯聯(lián)合西藥治療的效果。方法：從2019年7月至2021年7月我院收治的慢性心衰患者中抽選70例作為主要研究對(duì)象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組，實(shí)驗(yàn)組35例，接受參芪復(fù)脈湯聯(lián)合西藥治療，對(duì)照組35例，接受常規(guī)西藥治療，對(duì)比兩組患者臨床治療效果。結(jié)果：治療前，兩組患者LVEF、LVEDV等心功能指標(biāo)差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）；治療后，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者LVEF明顯高于對(duì)照組，LVEDV明顯低于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；治療后，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者工作狀況、社會(huì)心理功能、一般生活功能、病情、體力等生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore and analyze the effect of Shenqi Fumai decoction combined with western medicine in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： 70 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the main research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups. 35 patients in the experimental group were treated with Shenqi Fumai decoction combined with western medicine， and 35 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western Medicine. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.
