【摘 要】目的：探討縮宮用于足月胎膜早破對產(chǎn)婦妊娠結(jié)局的影響效果。方法：選取2019年10月至2021年9月在我院接受足月胎膜早破產(chǎn)婦，根據(jù)產(chǎn)婦臨床病例將其分為對照組和觀察組，兩組患者各40例。對照組產(chǎn)婦自然待產(chǎn)，觀察組全程給予患者縮宮素。比較兩組產(chǎn)婦妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)果：觀察組產(chǎn)褥感染、產(chǎn)后出血、宮內(nèi)感染、分娩時間超過24h的發(fā)生率均低于對照組，結(jié)果顯示差異存在統(tǒng)計學意義（P
