【摘 要】目的：探討分階段康復護理對腦卒中后偏癱患者運動功能的影響。方法：100例腦卒中后偏癱患者采用隨機數字表法均分為兩組，各50例，對照組接受常規(guī)康復護理，研究組接受分階段康復護理，比較兩組的肢體運動功能及日常生活能力變化、干預后的生活質量及護理滿意度。結果：干預后，研究組的Fugl-Meyer評分（上肢+下肢）和對照組相比有了顯著的升高，并且Barthel指數也是升高的（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of staged rehabilitation nursing on the motor function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke. 腦卒中是因急性腦血管循環(huán)障礙使局部腦組織出現局灶性功能缺損所致的一種腦血管疾病，近年來，我國的醫(yī)療技術發(fā)展取得了較大的進步，因而發(fā)生腦卒中死亡的概率已經有了一定程度的減少，但實踐證實，大多腦卒中性存在進入康復期后常伴有偏癱癥狀，會給患者的運動和日常生活帶來較大的影響，若未進行積極有效的康復護理則可導致運動功能喪失，使生活質量急劇下降[1]。（剩余3453字）
