預(yù)見(jiàn)性護(hù)理服務(wù)對(duì)維持性血液透析高血壓患者心臟功能的影響

【摘 要】目的：研究維持性血液透析（MHD）合并高血壓的患者施行預(yù)見(jiàn)性護(hù)理服務(wù)的效果。方法：遴選本院2019年5月至2021年5月收治的68例MHD合并高血壓的患者，“硬幣分組法”分為參照組（傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理，n=34）、預(yù)見(jiàn)組（預(yù)見(jiàn)性護(hù)理服務(wù)，n=34），比較兩組療效。結(jié)果：干預(yù)前，兩組患者LVEDd、LVESd、LVEF指標(biāo)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），干預(yù)后，兩組患者的LVEDd、LVESd均降低，LVEF指標(biāo)升高，并且預(yù)見(jiàn)組變化幅度大于參照組，差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05），干預(yù)后兩組患者的DBP、SBP水平均降低，且預(yù)見(jiàn)組的變化幅度大于參照組，差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Effect of predictive nursing service on cardiac function of hypertensive patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of predictive nursing service on hypertensive patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis （MHD）. Methods： 68 patients with MHD hypertension treated in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2021 were selected. The "coin grouping method" was divided into reference group （traditional nursing，n=34） and prediction group （predictive nursing service， n=34）.The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results： There was no significant difference in LVEDd， LVESD and LVEF between the two groups before nursing（P>0.05）. After intervention， LVEDd and LVESD decreased and LVEF increased， and the change range of the prediction group was greater than that of the reference group （P0.05）. 研究表明，臨床上治療慢性腎功能衰竭終末期的主要手段以維持性血液透析（Maintenance hemodialysis，MHD）為主，分析其作用原理為：將患者體內(nèi)毒物、代謝廢物清除干凈，達(dá)到凈化血液目的，減緩腎功能衰竭癥狀、對(duì)提高其生存質(zhì)量有積極作用，但實(shí)際透析時(shí)極易引起心血管疾病發(fā)生[1-2]。（剩余3094字）
