【摘 要】目的：分析麥味地黃湯加減對于妊娠期糖尿?。℅DM）的治療作用。方法：選擇2019年10月至2021年10月間入院治療的120例GDM孕婦，予以抽簽法分組。A組60例患者進行麥味地黃湯加減治療，B組60例患者進行西藥治療，對比兩組治療效果、血糖水平和中醫(yī)證候積分。結果：A組孕婦的治療總有效率較B組更高（P0.05）；治療1個月后，A組孕婦的血糖水平較B組降低，中醫(yī)證候積分相比于B組更低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction on gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods： 120 pregnant women with GDM hospitalized from October 2019 to October 2021 were divided into two groups by lot. 60 patients in group A were treated with Maiwei Dihuang Decoction and 60 patients in group B were treated with western medicine. The therapeutic effects， blood glucose levels and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.
