摘 要：本研究通過分析全球的專利申請量、中美歐日韓五大專利局審查員數(shù)量和審查周期以及專利制度的變革情況，研究專利審查提質(zhì)增效在全球范圍內(nèi)的迫切程度及推進(jìn)程度，為創(chuàng)新審查模式，進(jìn)一步提質(zhì)增效提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。

Abstract： This article researches the global urgency and promotion degree of the quality improvement and the efficiency improvement of the patent examination through analyzing the global patent application amount， the number of examiners and the examination period and the revolution situation of the patent system in five patent offices of China， America， Europe， Japan and Korean， providing data support for the innovation examination mode and the further quality & efficiency improvement.
