論提升社區(qū)治理共同體可行能力的兩個維度

——原子化主體和組織化主體

摘要：以如何提升社區(qū)治理共同體的可行能力為出發(fā)點，以社區(qū)原子化主體和組織化主體兩個維度為切入點，探究如何通過促進(jìn)這兩種主體的政治參與、經(jīng)濟(jì)參與、社會參與、透明性保證和防護(hù)性保障5個工具性自由來提升社區(qū)治理共同體的可行能力，構(gòu)建一個具有實際應(yīng)用價值的社區(qū)治理共同體可行能力提升的操作框架。

Discussion on the two dimensions of improving the capability of community governance community：Atomized subject and organized subject

Abstract： This paper started from how to improve the capability of the community governance community， took the atomized subject and organized subject of the community as the breakthrough point， and explored how to enhance the capability of the community governance community by promoting the political participation， economic participation， social participation， transparency guarantee， and defensive guarantee of these two entities. An operational framework was butt for improving the capability of the community governance community with practical application value.
