新鄭市龍湖鎮(zhèn)土地利用總體規(guī)劃實施評價

摘要：以新鄭市龍湖鎮(zhèn)土地利用總體規(guī)劃為例，利用數(shù)據(jù)分析和空間分析相結(jié)合的方法，構(gòu)建空間吻合度模型和重心偏移模型，從規(guī)劃實施過程和實施結(jié)果2個層面定量計算規(guī)劃與現(xiàn)狀的一致性。在此基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展探究不一致問題出現(xiàn)的原因，可為國土空間規(guī)劃后評價提供方法指引。

General land use planning of Longhu Town in Xinzheng City

Abstract： Taking the overall land use planning of Longhu Town in Xinzheng City as an example， the spatial coincidence model and the center of gravity shift model were constructed by combining data analysis and spatial analysis， and the consistency between the planning and the current situation was calculated quantitatively from two aspects： The planning implementation process and the implementation result. On this basis， combined with social and economic development， the causes of inconsistency problems were explored， which could provide methodological guidance for the post-evaluation of national spatial planning.
