農(nóng)村積分制運(yùn)行的基本框架與治理機(jī)制

——以山西省L市P縣“道德銀行”為例

摘要：以山西省L市P縣“道德銀行”為例，通過(guò)評(píng)選、獎(jiǎng)懲、監(jiān)督和資源保障4個(gè)機(jī)制，分析鄉(xiāng)村積分制運(yùn)行框架，并探討情感治理機(jī)制、規(guī)范治理機(jī)制、政社協(xié)同機(jī)制的實(shí)踐機(jī)理，創(chuàng)造了“堅(jiān)持黨建引領(lǐng)、政社協(xié)同、情法共治”的鄉(xiāng)村治理新路徑。

Abstract： Taking “morality bank” of P county， L city， Shanxi province as an example， through the four mechanisms of selection， reward and punishment， supervision and resource guarantee， the operation framework of the rural integral system was analyzed， and the practical mechanism of emotional governance mechanism， normative governance mechanism， coordination mechanism of government and society were discussed， a new path of “adhering to the guidance of party building， cooperation between government and society， co-governance of emotion and law” in rural governance was created.
