摘    要:針對某型船調(diào)距槳偶發(fā)螺距失控故障案例,基于調(diào)距槳電氣控制、液壓系統(tǒng)工作原理,采用故障樹的分析方法,列舉可能存在的故障原因序列,逐一排查分析,確定真實原因。

Abstract: By taking the incidental pitch uncontrol malfunction fault of marine CPP as an example and according to the working principle of the electric control and hydraulic system of the controllable pitch propeller, the fault tree analysis method is adopted to list up the potential causes sequence of probably-existed CPP malfunction faults, and inspect & analyze one by one to determine the actual reasons.
