摘    要：本文基于自主研發(fā)的某極地科考船管路系統(tǒng)的防寒設(shè)計(jì)，簡(jiǎn)要介紹常用管路防寒設(shè)計(jì)的基本要求、耐低溫管子、閥件材質(zhì)的選用方法，以及本船主要管路系統(tǒng)的防寒設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Winter Protection Design of Pipe Systems for Polar Scientific Research Vessel

Abstract： According to the winter protection design experience of pipe systems on the polar research ship independently developed by GSI， this article reviews the basic requirements of the winter protection design of pipe system， the selection of low-temperature cold-resistant pipe materials and the selection of low-temperature resistant valves， etc. At the same time， it summarizes the winter protection design experience of the key pipe system on board. The summary of the relevant experience can provide reference for the design of the new polar vessels in the future.

1     前言

本船為深遠(yuǎn)海多功能科學(xué)考察船，要求具備無(wú)限水域航行、載人深潛、深海探測(cè)、綜合作業(yè)等功能，具有在夏季前往南北極海域進(jìn)行海洋環(huán)境調(diào)查、深潛科學(xué)考察研究等能力，為此本船的部分管系需要考慮防寒設(shè)計(jì)。（剩余3708字）
