滿足DNV入級的磷蝦船冷藏貨艙熱平衡試驗

摘    要：本文通過我司建造的某磷蝦船冷藏貨艙熱平衡試驗的過程，介紹漁船入級DNV船級社時，熱平衡試驗需要準備的試驗工具以及試驗周期。根據(jù)試驗計算結(jié)果，對冷藏貨艙保溫層傳熱系數(shù)的要求提出建議。通過總結(jié)試驗經(jīng)驗，強調(diào)設(shè)計、施工過程中需要注意的事項。

Heat Balance Test of Refrigerated Cargo Hold for Krill Fishing Trawler in Compliance with DNV Rules

Abstract： This paper is based on the heat balance test of refrigerated cargo hold for krill fishing trawler built by our company， and introduces the test tools prepared for the heat balance test and test period when a fishing vessel is classified into DNV. Suggestion for heat transfer coefficient requirement of refrigerated cargo hold heat insulation is proposed on the basis of the test calculation results. According to the summary of the test experience， it is emphasized that the matters need to be attended during design and installation.
