飽和潛水支持船呼吸氣管清潔度控制

摘    要：本文根據(jù)我司完成的多艘飽和潛水支持船建造以及海工船加裝飽和潛水系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)，系統(tǒng)論述了呼吸氣管從備料預(yù)制到船上施工全過程中清潔度的控制要點(diǎn)，并根據(jù)呼吸氣管清潔度的技術(shù)要求，提出了管路清洗的工藝流程及和檢驗(yàn)方案，為其他同類工程提供借鑒。

Cleanliness Control of Breathing Pipe Line for Saturation Diving Support Vessel

Abstract： According to the experience summary of the saturation diving system equipped and completed for some saturation diving support ships and marine engineering ships built in Yiu-lian Dockyards， this paper systematically elaborates the control points of breathing pipe line cleanliness during the whole process from material preparation & prefabrication to fabrication aboard the ship， and technical requirements of cleanness of breathing pipe line after installation， and puts forward the cleaning procedure of pipeline and inspecting procedure. It can provide experience reference for the similar projects of other shipyards.

1     前言

飽和潛水是一種在大水深條件下，開展長時(shí)間作業(yè)的潛水方式， 被廣泛應(yīng)用于50～300 m水深范圍內(nèi)海底管線與電纜的鋪設(shè)、檢測與維修、海管除蠟、海管懸跨段治理、安裝立管、膨脹彎、電纜護(hù)管、FPSO單點(diǎn)系泊系統(tǒng)等常規(guī)海洋工程中。（剩余4548字）
