船舶工程多信息源的應(yīng)用研究

摘    要:船舶行業(yè)信息化數(shù)字化發(fā)展迅速,工程信息數(shù)據(jù)的流通及交互處理需求也日益增長(zhǎng),但信息的融合和應(yīng)用還處于起步階段。本研究首先從船舶需求對(duì)象、技術(shù)手段、輸出格式、信息歸檔等方面分析船舶多源信息的特性;其次根據(jù)生產(chǎn)過程的狀態(tài)變化對(duì)信息源進(jìn)行分類;同時(shí)開展船舶工程生產(chǎn)組織過程中環(huán)境、物料、技術(shù)、管理狀態(tài)等方面的信息融合應(yīng)用研究,并以船舶脫硫改裝工程為例,介紹多信息源融合在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目上的應(yīng)用;最后對(duì)船舶多信息源研究進(jìn)行展望

Abstract: With the rapid development of informatization and digitization, the demands for the circulation and interaction processing of engineering information data are also increasing. However, the integration and application of information are still in its infancy. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the versatile information of ship demand objects, technical means, output format, information archiving, etc. Secondly, the information sources are classified according to the state changes of the production process. At the same time, the application research of information fusion in the environment, materials, technology and management state in the production organization process of ship engineering is carried out. Take the retrofit project of EGCS as an example to introduce the application of multi -information source integration. Finally, the research on multiple information sources of ship engineering is prospected.

1    前言

在“中國(guó)制造2025”提出后,中國(guó)制造業(yè)開始了數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化的技術(shù)應(yīng)用[1],而在船舶行業(yè),隨著數(shù)字化修船概念的提出,信息資源的加工處理使得船舶行業(yè)也迎來(lái)了新的發(fā)展,船舶自動(dòng)化、新工藝、新材料、新技術(shù)、新船型不斷在船舶行業(yè)應(yīng)用[2],同時(shí)出現(xiàn)信息量的爆發(fā)式增長(zhǎng)。(剩余6532字)
