摘    要:針對我司建造的某船整體式尾管安裝后軸承斜度超差問題,通過對比分析不同支點狀態(tài)下整體式尾管的軸承斜度變化,提出采用三點支撐法用于整體式尾管的安裝,可較大幅度的調(diào)整整體式尾管軸承的斜度,保證了整體式尾管安裝后軸承斜度滿足要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of overlapping the bearing slope of the rear bearing of a velocity tube built by our company, through comparative analysis of the bearing slope of the overall pipe under different fulcrum states, it is proposed that the three-point support method is used for the overall pipe tube Installation, the slope of the overall tube bearing can be greatly adjusted, which ensures that the overall pipe tube is installed and the bearing slope meets the requirements.
