漁政船的監(jiān)造管理探討

摘    要：針對漁業(yè)船東對船舶建造過程中的質(zhì)量控制難的問題，筆者根據(jù)某300t級漁政船的監(jiān)督建造管理經(jīng)驗，探討船舶監(jiān)造工作步驟和質(zhì)量控制方法，實現(xiàn)對漁政船建造質(zhì)量的有效控制，達到提高船舶建造質(zhì)量的目的。

Quality Control of Fishery Administration Ship Construction

Abstract： In view of the difficulty in quality control of fishery administration ship owners in the process of ship construction， according to the supervision and construction management experience of the 300 t fishery administration ship， this paper discusses the steps and quality control methods of ship construction supervision， so as to realize the effective control of construction quality of the fishery administration ship and achieve the purpose of improving ship construction quality.

1     前言

漁政船監(jiān)造管理，是對船舶建造質(zhì)量進行現(xiàn)場全過程管理控制，及時準確處理船舶建造過程中的質(zhì)量問題，預防發(fā)生不安全的建造行為，提出合理化建議和方法，消除質(zhì)量問題引發(fā)的各種隱患，確保漁政船整個建造過程的質(zhì)量和風險可控。（剩余3564字）
