摘    要：半潛式鉆進平臺是海洋油氣資源開發(fā)的主要裝備，國內(nèi)許多半潛式鉆井平臺已趨于老齡化，需要根據(jù)平臺實際情況和客戶要求進行升級改造。本文根據(jù)公司承接修理的某半潛式鉆井平臺改造項目，介紹壓載控制系統(tǒng)改造優(yōu)化設(shè)計情況。

Retrofit Design and Optimization of Ballast Control System of

Abstract： Semi-submersible drilling platform is the main equipment for the development of offshore oil and gas resources， and the domestic semi-submersible drilling platform tends to be aging， it needs to be upgraded according to the actual situation and customer requirements. According to a semi-submersible drilling platform retrofit project undertaken by the company， this paper introduces the design for the optimization of the ballast control system.

1     前言

該平臺的壓載系統(tǒng)中，閥門遙控與液位監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)備及組件老化嚴重，頻繁出現(xiàn)閥門卡阻、無法遙控、無法開關(guān)到位、報警等故障，經(jīng)船東反復(fù)論證，決定進船廠換新。（剩余4293字）
