摘    要:水下管匯是一種典型的海上油氣開發(fā)重要設(shè)備,是水下生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵組成部分。本文以南海某項(xiàng)目深水管匯建造為載體,介紹管匯的結(jié)構(gòu)組成、功能原理和工廠建造質(zhì)量控制及測(cè)試要點(diǎn),對(duì)水下管匯的建造、安裝、維護(hù)、測(cè)試等方面技術(shù)提供參考。

Abstract: Subsea manifold is an important equipment for typical offshore oil and gas development, and a key component of subsea production system. Taking the construction of a deep-water manifold of a project in South China Sea as an example, this paper introduces the structural composition, functional principle, quality control of construction and test points of the manifold, and provides reference for the construction, installation, maintenance and test of subsea manifold.
