吊桿駁浮式起重機底部加強結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞分析

摘 要:本文介紹一種配備浮式起重機的的吊桿駁吊機基座底部加強結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞強度的分析方法;并以某集裝箱吊桿駁船為例,通過有限元軟件計算分析浮式起重機回轉(zhuǎn)各工況的應(yīng)力水平及應(yīng)力幅;針對其使用頻率,對比對應(yīng)的S-N曲線,驗證其是否滿足要求。

Fatigue Analysis of Crane Bottom Strengthening
Structure for Derrick Barge

Abstract: This paper introduces an analysis method of fatigue strength of the crane base bottom strengthening structure of the derrick barge. Taking a container derrick barge as an example, the stress level and stress amplitude of the strengthening structure for different slewing conditions are analyzed by finite element software. According to the its use frequency, the corresponding S-N curve is compared to verify whether it meets the use requirements.
