摘 要:本文基于我司設計建造的2200t起重船實例,通過計算機艙設備燃燒及散熱所需空氣量,分析整個機艙所需空氣量;同時根據機艙風管布置,考慮最遠支管送風情況,分析末端的送風壓力損失和煙囪排風損失,計算風機的壓力損失,從而選型出機艙風機所需風量和靜壓。

Calculation of Engine Room Fan Selection for 2 200 t Crane Ship

Abstract: Based on the 2 200 t crane ship designed and built in our company, the amount of air needed for the whole engine room is analyzed by calculating the amount of air needed for heat dissipation and combustion in the engine room. At the same time, according to the engine room air duct layout, considering the farthest branch pipe air supply situation, the air supply pressure loss of the end and funnel exhaust loss are analyzed, the fan pressure loss is calculated, so as to select the engine room fan required air volume and static pressure.
