滇池流域森林防火通道管控及提升策略

摘要 以滇池流域為例，分析火災(zāi)發(fā)生情況、主要火源、野外用火方式、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)果顯示：森林防火通道存在分布不均，功能單一，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施薄弱，管控力度不夠等問題。對此，提出了全面提升防火通道功能，科學(xué)規(guī)劃布局，構(gòu)建一體化森林防火基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，建立規(guī)范高效管控措施等對策，為森林防火通道管控及提升提供參考。

Management and Improvement Strategy of Forest Fire Prevention Corridors in Dianchi Lake Watershed

Abstract Using the Dianchi Lake Watershed as a case study， this paper analyzes the current situation of fire occurrence， main fire sources， methods of outdoor fire use and infrastructure. The results indicate that there are issues with uneven distribution， single functionality， weak infrastructure， and insufficient control measures in forest fire prevention corridors. To address these issues， this paper proposes comprehensive strategies to enhance the functionality of fire prevention corridors， scientifically-informed planning and layout， construct integrated forest fire prevention infrastructure， establish standardized and efficient management and control measures， offering guidance for the management and enhancement of forest fire prevention corridors.
