全球勝任力視域下世界一流大學(xué)外語(yǔ)人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

［摘要］構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體亟須大批具有全球勝任力的高層次國(guó)際化人才參與全球治理。本研究以QS世界大學(xué)排名前十位的世界一流高校為研究對(duì)象，從語(yǔ)種開(kāi)設(shè)、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置和支撐體系四個(gè)維度對(duì)其本科人才培養(yǎng)模式的特征進(jìn)行分析，以期為我國(guó)高校外語(yǔ)專業(yè)全球勝任力人才培養(yǎng)提供借鑒。

A Research on Foreign Language Talents Cultivation Mode ofWorld-class Universities： From the Perspective of Global Competence

Abstract： To build a global community of shared future，we urgently need a large number of high-level international talents with global competence to participate in global governance. Taking the top ten world-class universities ranked by QS World University Rankings as the research subjects， this study probes into the characteristics of their undergraduate talents cultivation mode from four dimensions： languages offered， objectives of talents cultivation， curricula， and supporting system， with the hope of providing reference for the cultivation of foreign language majors with global competence in Chinese universities.
