摘  要:產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院是實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)教融合、協(xié)同育人發(fā)展的重要載體和必要途徑,該研究以上海農(nóng)林職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院智慧農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院為主要研究對象,從建設(shè)內(nèi)容與組織建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)體系構(gòu)建、師資培養(yǎng)及實訓(xùn)基地環(huán)境建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)行探究,旨在培養(yǎng)新時代“新農(nóng)人”,為優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院建設(shè)提供參考。

Abstract: Industry College is an important carrier and necessary way to realize the industry-education integration and coordinated educational development. This study takes the College of Smart Agriculture at Shanghai Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry as the main research object. This paper probes into the content and organizational construction, the construction of talent training system, the training of teachers and the environmental construction of training base, in order to train "new farmers" in the new era and provide reference for optimizing industry college construction.
