實(shí)驗(yàn)室如何應(yīng)對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程評(píng)審

摘 要：《檢驗(yàn)檢測機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定管理辦法》規(guī)定了技術(shù)評(píng)審的方式，包括書面審查、現(xiàn)場評(píng)審或遠(yuǎn)程評(píng)審，其中遠(yuǎn)程評(píng)審是現(xiàn)場評(píng)審的重要補(bǔ)充方式，在評(píng)審活動(dòng)中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。本文對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程評(píng)審前期需要準(zhǔn)備的工作和評(píng)審實(shí)施階段需要注意的問題進(jìn)行了簡要闡述，以確保實(shí)驗(yàn)室的評(píng)審能夠有效進(jìn)行。

How to Deal with Remote Reviews in Laboratories

Abstract： The Measures for the Administration of Qualifi cation Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions stipulates that the methods of technical review include written examination， on-site review or remote review， of which remote review is an important supplement to on-site review and plays an important role in review activities. This paper briefl y describes the preparation work that is needed in the early stage of remote review and the problems that need to be paid attention to in the implementation stage of the review， in order to ensure the effective review of laboratories.

0 引 言

隨著我國“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”戰(zhàn)略的持續(xù)推進(jìn)，以及近年來信息和通信技術(shù)（簡稱ICT技術(shù)）的突破性發(fā)展，實(shí)驗(yàn)室的遠(yuǎn)程評(píng)審方式應(yīng)運(yùn)而生（遠(yuǎn)程評(píng)審即使用信息和通信技術(shù)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的物理或虛擬場所進(jìn)行的評(píng)審，是全部或部分在實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)際場所以外任何地點(diǎn)獲得客觀證據(jù)形成評(píng)審發(fā)現(xiàn)，以確定滿足評(píng)審要求程度所進(jìn)行的系統(tǒng)的、獨(dú)立的，并形成文件的過程[1]）。（剩余3705字）
