摘 要：新修訂的GB/T 26704-2022《鉛筆》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在適用范圍、技術(shù)要求、試驗(yàn)方法、環(huán)境條件等方面都有較大的變化，該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)代替GB/T 26704-2011，于2023年5月1日實(shí)施。本文比對(duì)分析新老標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間的區(qū)別，為新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的有效實(shí)施和各檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的理解和應(yīng)用提供一定的幫助。

Abstract： The newly revised standard GB/T 26704-2022， Pencils， changes a lot in aspects including the scope of application， technical requirements， test methods， environmental conditions， etc. The standard replaces GB/T 26704-2011， and will be implemented on May 1， 2023. This paper compares and analyzes the difference between the new and previous versions of the standard， supports the effective implementation of the new standards and the understanding， and helps various inspection and testing institutions understand and apply the standard.
