技術性貿易措施對中國出口哈薩克斯坦經(jīng)濟安全影響

摘 要：本文通過搜集哈薩克斯坦加入世界貿易組織以來技術性貿易措施通報情況，整理研究其特點規(guī)律。同時，進一步結合哈薩克斯坦運用技術性貿易措施等規(guī)則保護國內市場、排除限制自由競爭具體案例，提出保障我國出口哈薩克斯坦經(jīng)濟安全應對策略，減少技術性貿易措施給貿易企業(yè)帶來的直接損失和新增成本。

The Infl uence of Technical Trade Measures on Economic Security of Exports from China to Kazakhstan

Abstract： This paper collects the notifi cation of technical trade measures since Kazakhstan joined the World Trade Organization， and studies their characteristics and rules. Also， it elaborates the specifi c cases that Kazakhstan uses technical trade measures and other rules to protect the domestic market and exclude restrictions for free competition. The paper proposes strategies to protect the economic security of China’s exports to Kazakhstan， and to reduce the direct losses and new costs brought by technical trade measures for trading enterprises.
