淺談如何提高數(shù)字化培訓(xùn)效果

——提高仿真系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)實(shí)效和數(shù)字化教室的建設(shè)

摘要：培訓(xùn)是增強(qiáng)企業(yè)員工素質(zhì)，為企業(yè)提供強(qiáng)大智力支持的重要途徑。對(duì)于煉化企業(yè)來說，數(shù)字化培訓(xùn)在企業(yè)培訓(xùn)中，占有舉足輕重的地位，而其中的仿真系統(tǒng)和數(shù)字化教室的建設(shè)又是重中之重。該文就影響數(shù)字化培訓(xùn)效果的因素進(jìn)行梳理，并提出相應(yīng)的建議和看法。

How to Improve the Digital Training Effect

--Improve the Training Effectiveness of Simulation System and the Construction of Digital Classroom

Abstract： Training is an important way to enhance the quality of employees and provide powerful intellectual support for enterprises. For refining and chemical enterprises， digital training plays an important role in enterprise training， and the construction of simulation system and digital classroom is the most important. This paper reviews the factors that affect the effect of digital training. At the same time， the corresponding suggestions and views are put forward.
