數(shù)據(jù)流通機(jī)制的探索

摘要：該文基于實(shí)踐探索，詳細(xì)分析數(shù)據(jù)流通的標(biāo)的物、特性和類型，發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)未與場景高度關(guān)聯(lián)，脫離場景去談數(shù)據(jù)流通。針對(duì)這些問題，提出從夯實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)流通基礎(chǔ)、構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈體系、完善利用聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化過程監(jiān)管四方面，構(gòu)建安全、高效的數(shù)據(jù)流通機(jī)制，暢通數(shù)據(jù)資源大循環(huán)，推動(dòng)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Exploration of Data Circulation Mechanism

Abstract： This article is based on practical exploration. It analyzes in detail the subject matter， characteristics， and types of data flow， and finds that the data is not highly correlated with the scene， and studies data flow separately from the scene. In response to these issues， it is proposed to build a safe and efficient data circulation mechanism from four aspects： consolidating the foundation of data circulation， constructing a data supply chain system， improving the utilization and connection mechanism， and strengthening process supervision， to smooth the data resource cycle and promote the high-quality development of the digital economy.
